When the first study that came out showing a 3x increase in weight loss and a 9x increase in fat loss over traditional steady-state cardiovascular training, the entire fitness industry was all over it.

The problem was that the protocol that was used by the study and everyone else trying to reproduce the results is that it only worked for several weeks, and then the results stopped showing up.

Using live success coaching techniques and specific guided imagery, I created a system that was able to guide my students into their perfect RELATIVE INTENSITY levels within 5 minutes.
